Citrus Bay Scallops

Directions

Juice the orange. Finely grate the rind.

In a medium bowl, blend juice, grated rind, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper.

Blend in scallops.

Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove scallops from marinade. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 mintues.
